Work Information
We are both Ph.D. students in the Department of Strategic Management and Leadership, which is part of the Waikato Management School of the University of Waikato. Michael is (about to be) employed as Doctoral Assistant in the Department and Joanna is Sessional Assistant/Tutor.
Michael is also a Registered Nurse who works P/T in the PACU at the Southern Cross Hospital in Hamilton.

We are both active union members belonging to the Association of Staff in Tertiary Education and Michael also belongs to the New Zealand Nurses Organisation.
Both of these unions are affiliated to the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions.
We are both interested in genealogy and we are slowly growing our Family Trees. See them at The JoMike Family Tree Page
We also both ride motor bikes, Jo has a Kawasaki GPZ500 and Mike rides a Yamaha XJ600. Mike is a member of the Hamilton Branch of the Ulysses Motorcycle Club a 'motley' collection of 40+ year old bikers whose motto is:
"Grow Old Disgracefully"
