This photo is in the possesion of Joyce Glasgow, related by marriage to a cousin of Elbert Robinson of Pocahontas. The cousin, William Robinson, lived in Mo, having migrated from Randolph Co in the early 1870's, the photo is on a postcard with no writing on the back. Who Is She?

This picture was in the possession of the Elbert & Celia (Bates) Robinson family. It may have originally belonged to Alabama (McCoy) Robinson wife of Joe T. Robinson, who was not related to Elbert Robinson. Alabama was Elbert Robinson's Aunt, she was a teacher, and many of the photos she had were not of family. This photo was taken in the early 1940's at the Skaggs Schoolhouse which was located on Hoelscher Lane on the present day property of Jewel Early. Included in this photo are: back row left a Hufstedler boy. The rest are, Early, Massey, Dawson (first names?) and unknowns. This photo was taken in the early 1940's at a spring on Old Blacks Ferry road, near the home of Albert & Gracie Tucker. The lady on the front left is my mother, Rose Lillie Davis. Others in the photo I can not identify, but believe to be Early's, Hufstedler's, Massey's and others. If anyone can identify these people, please contact James Davis

This photo was taken in the early 1940's Skaggs School located on Hoelscher Lane, near the present day Jewell Early home. The school building no longer exist. Those in the photo that I can identify are: Front row center little boy with head sideways is Leroy Tucker; I, James Davis, am setting next to the girl in front, the teacher on the right was a Mrs Leathers. I can not recall names for others in the group. If any one can identify these unknowns please contact James Davis

On the far right side is Grace Tucker and the boy in front of her is Leroy Tucker and standing next to Grace is Louise (Tucker) Poe and her baby daughter Velma Lee Poe and next to Louise is my mother, Rose Lillie Davis.
