UPDATE!!! Shirley has now learned that the older girl is Sadie Brown born 1914 and believes the baby in the stroller to be Erma Hisey.

Is This Paul Dean??
This photo postcard was mailed to Mrs Bell Riggs, Birdell, Arkansas. The only writing on the message side of the card was the name, Palldean (Paul Dean?) Brown. Most likely the name of the baby. Mrs Riggs (Amanda Isabelle "Belle" Flannery Riggs) is the great-grandmother of Shirley.
