Lydia Mark
Our Roots...
Wisconsin and Tennessee are John and Liz's birthplaces. Lydia and Mark were born in Nashville but spent many years growing up in Germany. Lydia graduated from high school in Chapel Hill, Tennessee. Mark finished high school in Atlanta, Georgia.
And Lydia and Mark still move often. It's in the blood...
We're Retired... And Still Traveling...
Since retirement from the Army in Frankfurt, Germany in 1989 we have spent our time on one long picnic - interspersed with travel, hobbies or house maintenance and repair. The house, or more specifically the yard, would take up all our time if we would permit it. As transplants from the Middle West we prefer to learn more about the West. We have several picnic baskets and even a British "picnic briefcase" ready at all times and can take train and plane trips well prepared to enjoy the outdoors. Most of the time we travel to visit grandchildren, which is a primary hobby. We also combine genealogy research of both the Dunn and Schuck lines with our travel whenever possible. Locally, we strive to discover more about Washington State, the Northwest and Canada.
