                                                                      Alaska Itinerary:

Carl and I flew from Arkansas to Anchorage Ak. then drove to Soldotna for 3 days of fishing.

We spent one day in Seward fishing for Ling Cod, Silver Salmon and bass.  We both caught our limit that day.

We then fished 2 days on world famous Kenai River for King Salmon.  Again we caught our limit, sending 64 pounds of filets home to Arkansas.

We visited friend in Homer before driving to Valdez, the site of the famous Exxon oil spill. It is also the terminal for the Alaska pipe line from the north slope.

We took a passenger/car ferry to Whittier then drove to Girdwood for the night.  Girdwood is home to Senator Ted Steven's summer home.

We flew to Katmai, Brooks Falls, spending two days watching the grizzles catch Salmon which was awesome to see.

We spent some time back in Anchorage before we flew home to Northwest Arkansas.

We had a good/safe trip.
